Indoor heated pool, proximity to shopping, clean hotel

Security concerns in the parking lot!!! Outdated facilities in need of renovation!!! Inconsistent WiFi service causing frustration!!! Oddly laid out rooms affecting comfort!!!

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and generally clean, but I found the mattress pretty stiff, not my favorite. Plus, the carpets could really use a deep clean. On the bright side, the overall atmosphere was relaxing, and I enjoyed the quietness, which made it easier to get some good sleep.

the staff was incredibly helpful, and we appreciated having an indoor pool for relaxation. conveniently located near several large stores and good restaurants, making it easy to grab a meal after our long travels.

We had a lovely stay with friends, enjoying easy access to the Toledo Zoo and a fantastic indoor pool. The welcoming atmosphere made it perfect for families, and the staff was friendly and accommodating during our visit.

My wife says that the couch was broken and uncomfortable.

Had a well-furnished room with a lovely kitchenette. the staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Easy access to shops and eateries. we spent a lot of time exploring the area!

Super comfy stay!

Had a nice 2-night stay. The pool was a big hit. nice temp and super clean! The staff were really chill and helpful. Food at the snack bar was tasty, but kinda pricey. One thing, the room's chair was awkward, totally almost tripped over it at night haha!

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free parking, indoor swimming pool, excellent wi-fi, and a 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay. I’ll be back for Easter!

Biking options nearby were a nice surprise. The King Room with Sofa Bed felt clean, but the uncomfortable mattress made sleep tough. I'll pass on the pricey Bistro food next time.

The warm pool was a nice touch for relaxation when returning from our day activities. Although the room was clean, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, making for restless nights. Staff was friendly and provided quick assistance, which I appreciated during our stay.
